Cruzio engineers have scheduled an emergency maintenance window to replace networking equipment that serves customers in the Downtown, Ocean Street, Beach Flats, and West Cliff areas of Santa Cruz.

This will affect customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services.

This maintenance window has been scheduled for Saturday, January 25th 2020 from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (18:30-19:30).

01/25/2020 10:35 AM – Emergency maintenance for Westside, Beach Flats, and Seabright areas

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the Westside, Beach Flats, and Seabright areas of Santa Cruz.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

01/23/2019 11:40PM – maintenance for mid-town Santa Cruz and Live Oak

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting maintenance window to upgrade networking equipment that serves customers in the mid-town and Live Oak area of Santa Cruz.

This is scheduled for Thursday, January 23st 2020 at 11:40PM and will last until 3:00AM on Friday, January 24th 2020.

This will affect customers with Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

Expected customer downtime during this window will be up to 30 minutes.

01/16/2019 3:10PM – emergency maintenance for Seabright, mid-town, and Live Oak areas

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the Seabright, mid-town, and Live Oak areas of Santa Cruz.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 2 minutes.
