We have completed the upgrade to our host8, host10, and host11 domain servers. All services are up and running with the latest hosting system components.
Cruzio engineering will be upgrading three of our hosting servers – host8, host10, and host11 tonight (12/26) beginning at 10pm. During the upgrade period, the Plesk control panel may not be available, but websites and email will continue to work. Each server will require a reboot at the end of the work, so there will be a brief period of downtime as the hardware comes back online. Any incoming email will be queued on our secondary server for delivery once the upgrade is complete.
This issue of sporadic downtime for customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access services has been resolved.
Cruzio technicians are currently on site replacing a major infrastructure link that is the cause of this issue.
We hope to have this resolved in less than an hour (12:30AM).
Customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise broadband in the Downtown, River Street, Ocean Street, and Harvey West areas of Santa Cruz are still experiencing sporadic outages.
We have technicians actively working on a solution.
Cruzio Engineers have restored service to affected customers, but are currently still investigating the root cause.
