We will be performing some emergency network maintenance for customers in the Downtown Santa Cruz area at midnight on Wednesday 3/20.  We expect customers to be down for less than a minute.

PG&E has restored power to our gear in Westside Santa Cruz.

A few customers in the Westside area of Santa Cruz are currently down due to a power outage affecting the networking equipment upstream from their radios.  We are currently running new batteries to the site.

Our engineers have finished their emergency maintenance and wireless services in the Weston area have been restored. Thank you for your patience.

Cruzio Technicians are aware of a Wireless Pro outage affecting some customers.

We are working on a fix for the issue. We will post updates as they develop.

This only affects customers with Wireless Pro that are in the Weston area; Velocity, Dsl, and Dialup services are not affected.

This network outage has been resolved.  Customer wireless access services have been restored.

Field techs are currently on route to asset the site.

Cruzio engineers are currently investigating an outage for customers with wireless broadband service in the Weston Road area of Scotts Valley.
