Starting a little before 2:30am this morning, Cruzio’s upstream connection for serving Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific Ave stopped working. This affects Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific in Downtown Santa Cruz only (not Velocity/DSL). Engineers are working to resolve the issue. 8/11/2017 10:15AM – Connectivity issue in Westside & West Cliff area of Santa Cruz
One of Cruzio’s wireless points of presence that customers with Wireless Pro and Dedicated access connectivity in the Westside and the West Cliff areas of Santa Cruz has lost power due to unscheduled building maintenance.
We currently have a Field Operations crew en-route with a portable generator and we expect customers to be reconnected to our equipment shortly.
8/10/2017 1:30PM – [RESOLVED] Connectivity issue in mid-town Santa Cruz
We have diagnosed and resolved an issue that caused a momentary loss of connectivity to Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise customers in the mid-town area of Santa Cruz.
This issue caused about 2 minutes of customer access downtime to customers.

Web hosting server host4.cruzio.com is being rebooted to fix a stuck process. Services should be restored in a few minutes. This will only effect customers with web hosting accounts on host4. Any email sent during this time will be queued until the server is back up and then sent out.
