There is an outage at our POP in Weston that feeds wireless customers on the West side of Weston. We are investigating to determine if this is a power outage or a device has failed. PG&E is not showing any reports of power failures at the moment.
10/17 @ 3:45pm – @cruzio Email Issues Resolved!!
Engineering worked hard to restore a failed hard disk in our @cruzio email server. The great news is no email was lost during this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, have a great weekend!
10/17 @ 2:45pm – @cruzio E-Mail Server Disk Issues
At 2:45pm our primary @cruzio.com mail server is experiencing a disk issue. Engineers are actively working to resolve this and we will post updates as soon as we have them.
10/07/14 @ 12:30am – Classic Hosting domain search engine
The search engine for domains on our Classic domain hosting is currently offline. We are aware of the problem and are looking into it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Tues 9/30/14 @ 9:50am – Weston Road Connectivity Problems
We are currently experiencing connectivity problems for our Wireless Business Broadband and legacy Wireless customers in the Weston Road area of Scotts Valley. Cruzio techs are actively working on resolving connectivity problems. These problems will only affect our Wireless customers in the Weston Road area. We will update this status as we have more information.
Update 10:30am – We have Cruzio techs rolling out to the Weston area to do some troubleshooting on the link. More updates as they come in.
Update 1:00pm – Our Cruzio techs have reported back that there was a damaged cable causing intermittent power availability for the Weston area. Our techs have repaired the cable and verified connectivity for all of our Weston Road customers. As of this update all wireless customers in Weston Road are back up and running.

9/25/2014 6:30pm – Account Center down for maintenance
The Account Center may be down for a couple of hours while some upgrade maintenance is performed on our billing server.
Customer tickets will also be down, but this just means any submissions or emails sent in will be queued up until the service is put back online. Since staff won’t be responding to them until morning, this should not have any effect on anyone.
9:30pm – Work has been completed.
9/22/14 @10:20am – Downtown Business Broadband Access Point Issues

All affected customers off of our South-facing access point on top of the University Town Center building should be online again. An access point failed, and has been replaced. We aappologize for the inconvenience.
9/22/14 @10:20am – Downtown Business Broadband Access Point Issues (University Town Center South-facing Access Point)
We are currently experiencing issues with one of our Business Broadband wireless access points. Customers who are connected to our south-facing access point on top of the University Town Center building in Downtown Santa Cruz will be affected. Our network engineers are actively working to resolve the issue.
9/19/14 @ 9:30pm Webhost Server 6 Reboot
At 9:30pm on Friday 9/19/14 web hosting server host6 encountered an issue that necessitated a reboot.
The reboot has completed successfully and all systems are up and operational. Any queued mail will be sent shortly.

9/15/14 @ 8:30pm Webhost Server 1 Issues
We are currently experiencing issues with our web-hosting server host1. This will affect access to any content on this server. We are actively working to resolve this issue. We will amend this status as we receive updates

9/2 @ 10:30am – Santa Cruz AT&T DSL Outage
As of 10:27am, customers on our AT&T based DSL service are experiencing a localized outage. This affects customers in the greater Santa Cruz area, we have an ETA for service restoration of 1:30pm. We will post any relevant updates as we get them.
UPDATE 1:45pm – All services are confirmed to be up and operational, if you still are without service please turn off your DSL equipment for 5 seconds and then turn it back on. Give it 2-3 minutes to re-sync.
