We are performing a network upgrade that will affect some customers located in Westside Santa Cruz.  This downtime should be less than 5 minutes.

We are currently experiencing an network outage that may be effecting some Wireless Pro, Certified, and dedicated customers on the West Side of Santa Cruz. techs are currently in route to investigate.

This outage has no affect on Velocity customers.

We experienced a brief network outage, however service should now be back up. If you are still experiencing any connections issues, please contact us.

This morning there was a brief wireless network outage that was revolved within approximately 15 minutes. This may have effected some customers in the Downtown and Live Oak areas. Service was restored before an initial network status message could be put up, however all of those services should be restored at this time.

A bad card was replaced on web hosting server host11.cruzio.com. All services should be restored and any mail that was sent during the outage should start delivering soon if it has not already.

Web hosting server Host11 has experienced a possible hardware failure. Engineers are currently working on the problem and will post updates as we get them. This will only effect customers with web hosting services on host11.cruzio.com and any mail sent during this time will be queued up and delivered once the server is back online.
