09/19/2018 10:00PM – network maintenance in Downtown, Beach, West Cliff, and Live Oak areas
Cruzio has scheduled a maintenance window for the networking equipment that provides internet access for customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise broadband access services in the downtown, West Cliff, Beach Flats, and Live Oak areas of Santa Cruz.
This maintenance window is scheduled for Wednesday, September 19th 2018 between 10:00PM to 2:00AM.
We are expecting customers to see less than fifteen minutes of service downtime during the above scheduled window.
This maintenance will only apply to customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise broadband services. Velocity and DSL access services will not be affected.
09/11/18 7:34pm Brief Cruzio Network Outage RESOLVED
At 7:14pm this evening, we experienced an outage at one of our network nodes. Cruzio technicians responded immediately, and were able to quickly resolve the issue, restoring connectivity by 7:26pm. This affected some Wireless Pro and Certified Building customers in the areas between Downtown Santa Cruz and 41st Ave. Velocity, email, hosting, and all other customers were not affected by this outage. Technicians replaced a faulty power supply. All systems should be up an operational.

We are currently experiencing an network outage that may be effecting some customers on the West Side of Santa Cruz. techs are currently in route to investigate.
8/23/2018 9:45am – Partial outage at Enterprise Technology Center
We are currently experiencing a partial outage at the Enterprise Technology (ETC) Center in Scotts Valley that may effect some customers in parts of that building. We currently have a tech in route to investigate the problem. Updates will be given as we get them.
