This outage is due to a hardware failure on AT&T’s equipment, and AT&T is working to repair the issue. AT&T has provided us with a revised estimated time of repair, and they expect to complete their repair by Tuesday, January 23rd.

Cruzio Network Engineers have fixed the partial connectivity and routing issues that were a result of the current fiber outage. Customers should see no further server issues while the fiber is being repaired.

We are currently experiencing a fiber outage that is resulting in partial connectivity and routing issues to customers reaching various websites.
We are currently working on a resolution to route around this issue.
Engineers have finished making repairs to the fiber and all networking services have been restored.
Repair crews will be working on the fiber all night to complete repairs and replace fiber. The estimated time of completions is 6 AM, and possibly a little sooner depending on how the work goes. We will provide updates as we get more information.
