Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window on the networking equipment that serves the downtown Santa Cruz, Harvey West, Seabright, Live Oak, and Capitola areas.
This maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5th, 2016, at 8:00AM to 10:00AM. We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 3 minutes between 8:00AM to 8:15AM.
This will only affect customers with Business Broadband and Dedicated Business Broadband services. Velocity and DSL customers will not be affected.
