Our upstream provider has resolved the issue that was effecting a small number of Legacy DSL customers. If you are still having any problems with legacy DSL, please give us a call.
Our upstream provider is aware of the issue effecting some legacy DSL customers and is working to resolving it. They do not yet have an ETA so we will post updates like this as we get them if the next update a resolution.
Some of our legacy DSL customers may be experiencing an outage. The symptom is getting Sync on the modem, but not being able to surf the web or access the internet. We are currently working with our upstream provider to address the issue.
Service has been interrupted for wireless customers in the Weston area. We are currently looking to seeing when power will be restored. Updates will be provided as we have new information.
This maintenance window is now complete. All customer services have been restored.
Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade networking equipment that serves customers in the Downtown, Beach Flats, and West Cliff areas of Santa Cruz. This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.
We have scheduled this maintenance window for Wednesday, February 13th 2019 at 12:01AM – 1:00AM.
We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 5 minutes.
Cruzio’s upstream providers have scheduled a maintenance window for Tuesday, February 12th, 2019 at 11:59PM to upgrade networking equipment that serves our Legacy DSL customers. This will not affect Fiber, Velocity, or Wireless Pro services. We don’t expect any downtime during this maintenance window.
Engineers dispatched out to the location and were were able to locate a piece of equipment that had failed.
The equipment has now been replaced and all services in Scotts Valley are now restored.
Around 3 am, there was a PGE power event that took a few or our Wireless customers offline. It seems the power has been restored, but our equipment is still without power.
We are working on a fix for the issue. We will post updates as they develop.
This only effects Wireless Pro services in Scotts Valley.
