Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window for the networking equipment that feeds customers on our enterprise, broadband, colocation, coworking, domain hosting, and email networks. This window will end at 3:00AM 5/2/2018.
We expect extremely short customer downtime as networking protocols converge and install routes.
This network interruption will affect all Cruzio customers with exception of those using our Velocity DSL product.
This outage has been resolved.
Networking equipment that feeds customers in the north Scotts Valley area is currently down. We are investigating a resolution.
We have resolved the hardware malfunction which affected Wireless Pro, and Dedicated Broadband customers in the downtown Santa Cruz area.
There is currently a network outage affecting some downtown Santa Cruz Wireless Pro and Dedicated Broadband customers. Cruzio engineers are currently investigating.
Starting around 9:45am this morning 4/3/18, internet connectivity customers in the South Bay/San Jose area began experiencing periods of downtime. Cruzio technicians are now en-route to one of our sites to diagnose and resolve the issue. This status will be updated as we receive information from the field. We appreciate your patience.
At around 5:20pm this afternoon, one of our mail servers had an issue and required a full reboot. All email messages were being queued up, and since the reboot has completed, all email is being processed properly, but some customers may experience some slowness as the email server processes its backload. This will self-resolve in a short time. This only affects customers with @cruzio.com email addresses. We appreciate your patience.
At around 12:40 am Saturday, March 3rd we had a Brief network-wide outage.
Cruzio engineers are currently looking into the issue.

Technicians have identified the problem and are on route to replace failed equipment.
