Cruzio engineers have resolved this issue with our network equipment causing an outage as of 6:30PM.
This only affected customers in the Watsonville and Aptos area, and service has now been resolved.
10-13-15 5:28pm Equipment issues with Infrastructure over Loma Prieta
Cruzio technicians are currently working on an issue with our equipment going over the Loma Prieta mountaintop backhaul link. This will affect business broadband and enterprise customers on Watsonville, Scotts Valley, Aptos, and Weston areas. We apologize for any downtime. We are currently working on replacing the equipment.
