2015-07-11 1:30am – Network Outage (fixed)

A little before 1am we experienced a network outage caused by a faulty port on a switch that fed some of our web hosting and email servers. Engineers were dispatched and were able to repair the problem by 1:30am using replacement hardware.

We apologize for not sending a notification earlier. Due to the time of night we decided to put the focus on resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

We are currently experiencing issues with our webhosting server Host7. Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. All email is being queued up and will be delivered once the system is back up and running. Updates will be added to this status as appropriate. We appreciate your patience.
