Hosting server work – Thursday, 1/23/2014 at 10:30pm
Cruzio engineering will be doing some minor work on our hosting servers that will require a reboot of some of the servers. Downtime will be minimal and all incoming mail will be queued on our secondary server for delivery after the reboot.
Update: Hosting server work completed by midnight.
Webpage Loading Problems – 1/18 at 3:15 pm
Our DNS servers are currently having some problems that causing some of our DSL internet and Business Broadband customers to experience webpage loading trouble and intermittency. Our engineers are currently working on resolving the problem. There is no ETA for when this will be fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE – As of 4:20pm, the problem is resolved and our DNS servers are back online. If you are still experiencing any problems loading webpages, please restart all your equipment.
Loma Prieta Business Broadband down – 1/16 at 11:30 am
All Enterprise Business Broadband customers on the Loma Prieta POP are currently down – this includes Business Broadband customers in Loma Prieta, Weston and Watsonville. Our engineers are currently working on resolving the problem. There is no ETA for restoration of service.
UPDATE 11:45am – All service has been restored. We apologize for the downtime. If you are still experiencing a problem with your Enterprise Business Broadband service, please call 831-459-6301 option 2.
1/1/14 @ 8:52am – Host2 Website Hosting Server Down
Our host2 website hosting server is experiencing a temporary issue. We are rebooting it and running a disk check. It should be up shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
