2015-08-04 4:25PM – Host 7 Rebooting

Cruzio’s web hosting server host7.cruzio.com is being rebooted to fix the server’s ability to serve web (http) processes. The total downtime should be 10 minutes.

All mail has been queued up so any mail that is sent during this time will be delivered once the server has finished restarting. If you have noticed mail not being delivered, the mail should be delivered shortly.

2015-08-04 8:30AM – Wireless Network Maintenance

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a brief downtime for network maintenance on the radio equipment that feeds portions of lower downtown Santa Cruz, West Cliff, Branciforte, Chaminade, and Live Oak areas.  This maintenance will happen at 8:30AM on Tuesday, August 4th 2015.  We expect approximately 5 to 10 minutes of downtime.

This network interruption will only affect Business Broadband and Enterprise customers.  Velocity and DSL customers will not be affected.

2015-08-03 1:56pm – Host 6 Rebooting

Web hosting server host6.cruzio.com is being rebooted to clear a stuck process which is preventing mail from being delivered. All mail has been queued up so any mail that is sent during this time will be delivered once the server has finished restarting. If you have noticed mail not being delivered, the mail should be delivered shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2015-08-03 7:25am – Host1 Rebooting

host1.cruzio.com is being rebooted to clear a stuck process. Services should be restored in just a moment. This should only effect customers with web hosting services on host1. Any mail sent during this time will be queued and delivered once the server is back up. We apologize for any inconvenience.
