host1.cruzio.com is being rebooted to clear a stuck process. Services should be restored in just a moment. This should only effect customers with web hosting services on host1. Any mail sent during this time will be queued and delivered once the server is back up. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2015-07-24 3:20pm – Wireless Network Outage

Cruzio Internet’s wireless network experienced a brief outage, between 3:20pm and 3:30pm today. This affected Business Broadband and Enterprise customers on Cruzio’s wireless network. The affected locations were portions of lower downtown Santa Cruz, West Cliff,  Branciforte, Chaminade, and Live Oak.

This network interruption was resolved as of 3:30pm. Total downtime was 10 minutes.

 

2015-07-21 1pm – www6.cruzio.com Down

The power supply for web hosting server www6.cruzio.com went bad and technicians are currently working to replace the faulty hardware. Any mail for this server will be queued up and delivered once the server is restored.  This outage should only effect customers with web hosting accounts on www6. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this status once the server is restored.

2015-07-11 1:30am – Network Outage (fixed)

A little before 1am we experienced a network outage caused by a faulty port on a switch that fed some of our web hosting and email servers. Engineers were dispatched and were able to repair the problem by 1:30am using replacement hardware.

We apologize for not sending a notification earlier. Due to the time of night we decided to put the focus on resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
