2015-09-10 10:20AM – Wireless network outage in mid-town Santa Cruz
Cruzio engineers have identified a problem with a wireless access point that affected 23 customers in the mid-town (east Santa Cruz & Live Oak) area from 10:20-10:50AM. This only affected Business Broadband wireless Cruzio customers, and not Enterprise, Velocity, or DSL.
We are scheduling emergency maintenance to replace this access point, which will affect a larger group of 42 people fed from this same site. This maintenance will happen between 11AM to 1PM today, 9/10.
UPDATE: 09/04/2015 11:30pm – Web hosting server host7 being rebooted
Web hosting server host7.cruzio.com is now back up and all
services are restored. Any mail sent during this down time has been
queued up and will be delivered shortly, if not already. Thank you for
