Cruzio engineers have confirmed a power outage is affecting upstream equipment providing service to some customers in the Bear Gulch and Hill House areas. Current estimated time of restoration is 7PM 2/18/24. We will continue to update this network status as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving the Butano and Lane Hill areas on Friday 2/16/2024 from 9:00AM-6:00PM. Though the maintenance window is all day, we will be limiting most intrusive work to between 2:00PM and 4:00PM. Technicians will keep interruptions as minimal as possible.

We are currently experiencing a network outage effecting the Santa Cruz Tannery and nearby areas. Crews are being dispatched to investigate the issue.
