Cruzio is investigating a wireless outage that may be effecting some customers in the Santa Cruz area. More updates will be provided once engineers have gotten on site and if it is not immediately repairable.

Cruzio engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Midtown, Downtown, and Westside Santa Cruz areas on Thursday, 10/19/23 10PM-2AM. Cruzio technicians advise interruptions will be minimal,  but affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime as repairs are completed.

PG&E has restored electrical service to affected areas. This issue is resolved.

Cruzio engineers are investigating an outage stemming from a large PG&E power outage in the greater Half Moon Bay area. We will update this message as further information becomes available.
