Cruzio engineers have been monitoring connections after completing maintenance on upstream equipment for some customers in the Bear Gulch and Russian Ridge area. These issues have been resolved, and previously affected customers should be back online. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact our technical support team.

[RESOLVED]There was an issue with some equipment caused by a power surge, causing a service outage effecting the Santa Cruz area. The  equipment was replaced and services have been restored. [10:00PM 7/26/2023]

[RESOLVED]There is a power outage in the east side of Santa Cruz, Live Oak area that is causing a service interruption. The power outage is resolved and services are restored for the Eastside/ Live Oak Area in Santa Cruz [6:30AM 7/26/2023]

Cruzio engineers are investigating a lingering issue affecting some customers in the Bear Gulch and Russian Ridge areas. Current ETR is Monday 7/24 by 5pm. There may be brief interruptions to service while crews perform this work on upstream equipment. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.
