Engineers have replaced a failed power supply and all services should now be restored.

Cruzio engineers are currently working on an outage that is effecting some customers in the downtown Santa Cruz area. Updates will be posted as they come should there be any before the outage has been restored.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting urgent maintenance tonight between 10PM to 2AM on equipment that serves customers in the areas of Mid-town/LiveOak/EastSide. Brief periods of downtime are possible during this maintenance window.

Engineers are performing emergency maintenance Wednesday 6/7/2023 12:15pm – 1pm on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville.  Affected customers may experience periods of downtime while technicians complete this work.

Some customers in the Watsonville area may be experiencing an internet outage. Engineers are working to resolve the problem.
