Due to a PG&E outage in the area, customers around the areas of La Honda and Portola Valley are having connectivity issues. Cruzio engineers are deploying backup power to infrastructure sites where access is possible.

Due to a large PG&E outage affecting the City and County of Santa Cruz, some customers are experiencing loss of connectivity. Cruzio engineers are assessing and rolling to deploy backup power to affected infrastructure sites.

Cruzio engineers are continuing to work on the equipment that serves this link, but have brought it back online. Some further downtime may be possible until the maintenance is concluded.

There is an equipment failure causing an outage at Piedmont Ct which is affecting customers in Santa Cruz at Lower High Street area/Piedmont Court. Cruzio engineers will be responding this morning.

Cruzio’s email partner is performing maintenance work on servers upstream and we have received reports of users having issues sending and receiving mail. Cruzio is monitoring the situation and we will update this message as additional information is available.

The Bear Gulch and Hill House access points will lose power early tomorrow morning around 1:00AM. This will bring network outages to customers in La Honda and Portola Valley. Cruzio engineers will respond first thing in the morning and have the sites up and running again at an estimated time of 9:00AM.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance Friday, 3/17/23 10pm-2am on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Downtown Santa Cruz. Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete repairs.

There has been an unexpected full outage on our Loma Prieta Mountain site before the expected maintenance window. This has caused network outages for customers and Enterprise connections in Aptos, Morgan Hill and Gilroy. Our Cruzio engineers will be responding to this immediately.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on infrastructure that serves customers from our Loma Prieta mountaintop site, including customers in Gilroy, on Friday morning. Downtime is likely, but will be kept as minimal as possible.
