We are currently experiencing a network outage due to an equipment failure. Technicians are in the process of assessing the situation and updates will be provided if there are any before repairs are complete.

Residents at the San Jerardo Co-Op are experiencing connectivity issues, and Cruzio engineers are enroute to fix the issue.

Cruzio engineers have discovered a service issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz area, and are dispatching technicians to assess the situation. We will update this status with additional information as it becomes available.

A power issue at a POP site has been fixed and services should be coming back up now.

Some customers in the Watsonville area may be experiencing an outage. Engineers are currently investigating the cause and will post updates if we get more information before the problem is fixed.

Cruzio engineers will be performing planned maintenance on upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville on Thursday, 9/21/23 9AM-6PM . Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime as our technicians complete this work.

PG&E has completed it’s work much earlier than anticipated so we expect no more outages.

Due to power outages in the Scotts Valley area, there may be some loss of services during the day. Crews are working to set up generators to keep services running, but there may be some outages while those fixes are being implemented. We will post updates as we get more information.
