Cruzio’s email partner, OpenSRS, is performing migration work on servers upstream that serve Cruzio customer mailboxes. Some customers may notice oddities in their mailbox during this work, including duplicated messages. Cruzio is monitoring the situation and we will update this message as additional information is available.
3/10/2023 6:00PM – Outage affecting customers around Bear Gulch and La Honda
Customers in and around the La Honda area are experiencing a service interruption due to a PG&E power outage affecting equipment at Bear Gulch. Cruzio engineers are assessing and will deploy backup power once available.
3/9/2023 4:45PM – Service outage affecting Skyline and rural San Mateo County areas
Cruzio engineers are rolling to assess a service outage affecting some customers in the areas of Skyline and rural San Mateo County. Cause of the outage appears to be PG&E related, and engineers are bringing backup power units.
3/3/2023 2:00PM – Service issue affecting customers served from Hill House [RESOLVED]
Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue and affected customers are now back online.

Cruzio engineers are assessing an issue affecting some customers filled from our equipment hosted at Hill House. Access to the site is delayed due to damage to the road from the recent storms, but engineers will be on site later today.
3/1/2023 1:45PM-2:50PM – Loma Prieta Mountaintop Outage [UPDATE]
Cruzio engineers have successfully restored back-up power to our Loma Prieta mountaintop site. Cruzio customers served from this location should be back up and online, but we will continue to update this page with any new information.
3/1/2023 1:45PM – Loma Prieta Mountaintop Outage
Service for customers fed from our Loma Prieta mountaintop site, including some customers in Gilroy, are experiencing a service issue due to an extended PG&E outage draining the backup power at the site. Cruzio engineers are taking numerous steps to keep this site online.
Our technicians have been notified of another service outage at this location, and are currently assessing the situation. There we be some downtime as we work to restore back-up power to the Loma Prieta site.
2/27/2023 1:00PM – Loma Prieta mountaintop outage [UPDATE]
PG&E is continuing to work to restore electrical service to our equipment up on Mt. Loma. Mountaintop access roads continue to be unsafe for engineers to access to refill our generator at this time. Cruzio engineers will continue assessing the situation and will access the site as conditions allow. This outage affects some customers in Gilroy, San Jose and surrounding areas, as well as some customers in Watsonville, including Jardines Del Valle. We will update this message as more information becomes available.
2/26/2023 7:50PM – Loma Prieta mountaintop outage [UPDATE]
PG&E is still working to restore electrical service to our Mt. Loma mountaintop site and Cruzio engineers estimate our battery backups will last approximately another hour.
Due to weather conditions and damage to the rural roads Cruzio engineers are not currently able to reach the site safely. We will continue to monitor the situation, and if PG&E has not restored electrical service by the morning, Cruzio engineers will re-assess accessing the site.
2/26/2023 10:50AM – Loma Prieta mountaintop outage [UPDATE]
Cruzio engineers have reached the mountaintop site and refilled our generators. Affected customers are back online, however, access to the mountaintop site may not be possible after 5PM due to safety and access issues. We will continue to update this status as further information becomes available.
