Cruzio engineers have been monitoring connections after completing maintenance on upstream equipment for some customers in the Bear Gulch and Russian Ridge area. Cruzio engineers are investigating a lingering issue affecting some customers in the Bear Gulch and Russian Ridge areas. Current ETR is Monday 7/24 by 5pm. There may be brief interruptions to service while crews perform this work on upstream equipment. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.
