As of approximately 12:30PM today, we have lost PG&E utility power at our Loma Prieta broadcasting site & are currently running on battery power. We attempted to roll technicians out with generators, but unfortunately we are unable to access our equipment due to landslides and downed trees. We expect our equipment to go down at around 2:00AM once our batteries run out, and stay down until either utility power is restored or the roads are clear for us to access the site with a generator.

Cruzio has become aware of a large power outage primarily affecting our in-building services in several locations. PG&E has not yet provided an Estimated Time of Recovery.  We will post any other relevant information as it becomes available.

Due to widespread utility outages some portions of our network are currently running on battery backup power and may go offline once the battery power is depleted. Cruzio engineers are assessing the situation but believe some sites may not be reachable at this time due to road closures and safety concerns. Service disruptions are likely later today in the La Honda and San Gregorio areas. We will continue to monitor the situation, avoid disruptions when possible and otherwise restore service as quickly as it is safe to do so.

As of approximately 11:15PM, PG&E has restored utility power to all Cruzio sites. If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, try restarting your equipment.

Cruzio Engineers will be replacing upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers on and around Weston Road. Intermittent downtime is possible throughout this window, but will be kept to a minimum.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance Wednesday 12/21/2022 2:00PM–6:00PM to replace equipment  affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Capitola & Live Oak area.  Affected users may notice brief downtime during this work.
