Cruzio engineers are dispatching to resolve an issue affecting some Wireless Pro connections in the areas of the Buena Vista Migrant Center and Tierra Alta.
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on hardware serving some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, East Side Santa Cruz and 41st Avenue. The maintenance window is 10/5/2021 from 10PM to 2AM, but actual downtime will be several minutes.
Our email partner has resolved the issue. All inbound email was queued up and will be delivered.
Some Cruzio email customers are experiencing issues logging in to their account and our upstream email partner’s engineers are working on the issue. Incoming emails will be queued up and delivered once the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience.
Engineers are actively investigating voice issues across our Velocity phone network, intermittently affecting some inbound and outbound calls. Symptoms include Post Dial Delay (PDD), DTMF tones not being properly sent or received, and some dropped calls. All other services are up and operational.
