Cruzio engineers are rolling to assess and repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak and East Side Santa Cruz. We will update this status message as more information becomes available.

Engineers have restored services at site.

Butano service is currently offline, and we are investigating. Updates will be provided as we get more information or service gets restored.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance Thursday 12/15/2022 2:00PM–6:00PM to replace faulty equipment potentially affecting some Fiber Pro customers in downtown Santa Cruz.  Affected users may notice brief downtime during this work.

PG&E has restored electrical service, and all systems are up and operational.

Cruzio engineers are rolling to implement backup power for infrastructure sites in Watsonville until PG&E restores main electrical service. Once PG&E restores electrical service to the area, there will be an additional but brief outage as equipment is switched back over.

PG&E is still investigating the cause of the outage. Their current ETA is 1:30am PST. Though the length may vary depending on what the nature of the outage is.

PG&E is experiencing a power outage in the Watsonville area that may disrupt service for some customers. No ETA at this time, but we will be posting updates as they come.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance Wednesday 12/14/2022 11:00AM–1:00PM to repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz.  Affected users may notice brief periods of downtime during this work, but should be minimal as repairs are completed.
