PG&E has replaced the damaged telephone pole and now technicians are working on splicing the damaged cables back together. More updates will be provided as we get them if services are not restored first.

A car accident took down a telephone pole containing a fiber optical cable being used for internet service. The telephone pole is currently being replaced to restore services to the area. We do not yet have an ETA, but will post updates as we get them.

Crews are rolling out to assess an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Salinas, including San Jerardo. We will update this message as additional information becomes available.
