Cruzio engineers are investigating an issues affecting power to upstream equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Westside & Downtown Santa Cruz areas.  We will continue to update this status page with more information as it becomes available.

We recently experienced an outage that effected reaching some services such as email, web hosting, web mail, etc. This issue has been resolved. However, if you are still experiencing any issues, please contact Support.

Cruzio technicians will be performing maintenance on our Velocity DSL & Phone network tonight, Friday 11/15/24, from 12:00am to 4:00am. Once your connection or voice service drops, up to 10 minutes of downtime is expected. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.

A small number of customers at University Business Park may be experiencing service issues. We are currently dispatching engineers to investigate the cause of the outage. Updates will be provided as we get them.

Engineers have set up a generator to keep services online until utility power is restored.
