Power has been restored to Cruzio networking equipment. Service should be working normally.
There is currently a PG&E outage in the Capitola Area that is impacting some customers. PG&E ETA is currently 11PM.
Cruzio engineers have completed their maintenance and all affected customers are back online.
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment to resolve an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz. There will be intermittent downtime for these customers during this maintenance.
A piece of failed hardware was replaced and all services should be restored.
We are currently experiencing an outage in Capitola that is effecting some customers in that area. Technicians are currently heading to site to make repairs.
This maintenance is postponed and will be rescheduled soon. We will post a separate status with the new maintenance window.
Telecom engineers upstream have isolated the issue affecting inbound calls to some Velocity customers. Most Velocity connections should now be able to receive calls successfully, with a full resolution coming soon.
A failed power supply has been replaced and all services should now be restored.
