Some sites are continuing to be affected by the widespread PG&E outage affecting areas of Santa Cruz County and Watsonville, and some sites are hard down including the Tannery building. Cruzio engineers are continuing to assess and deploy backup power where necessary and as access is possible throughout affected areas of the County.

Due to a PG&E outage in the area, customers around the areas of La Honda and Portola Valley are having connectivity issues. Cruzio engineers are deploying backup power to infrastructure sites where access is possible.

Due to a large PG&E outage affecting the City and County of Santa Cruz, some customers are experiencing loss of connectivity. Cruzio engineers are assessing and rolling to deploy backup power to affected infrastructure sites.

Cruzio’s email partner is performing maintenance work on servers upstream and we have received reports of users having issues sending and receiving mail. Cruzio is monitoring the situation and we will update this message as additional information is available.
3/18/2023 4:00PM Bear Gulch and Hill House Access Points will lose power around 1:00AM affecting customers in La Honda and Portola Valley
The Bear Gulch and Hill House access points will lose power early tomorrow morning around 1:00AM. This will bring network outages to customers in La Honda and Portola Valley. Cruzio engineers will respond first thing in the morning and have the sites up and running again at an estimated time of 9:00AM.
