Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance window.

Cruzio will be conducting maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro services in the Watsonville area 9/15/2022 10:00PM – 2:00AM. There may be brief interruptions in service throughout this window.

As of approximately 8:19 AM, PG&E has repaired all areas of the power grid affecting Cruzio’s network, and normal service for Wireless Pro customers should be restored.

Some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Capitola, Live Oak, Harvey West, and far Westside are experiencing a service interruption due to some large scale PG&E outages in the area. Cruzio engineers are monitoring the situation.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves customers located in and around Watsonville on 9/13 starting at 10:00PM and ending 2:00AM. Expected downtime will be short intervals lasting 5 minutes or less within the window. We appreciate your patience.

On 9/12/2022 between 8:00AM to 11:00AM the Piedmont Court will be conducting electrical tests in their building. Cruzio engineers will be deploying a generator to provide power to our equipment during this window. There will be a brief interruption as we cut to the generator, and then another brief interruption once we cut back to main power.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance Thursday 9/8/2022 10:00PM–2:00AM to repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz.  Affected users may notice some downtime during this work.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance tonight between 10:00PM to 2:00AM to work on the issue affecting Wireless Pro connectivity for some customers in the areas of Live Oak and Watsonville. There may be intermittent downtime during this window.

Engineers are continuing to work on the issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Live Oak and Watsonville. The issue is being mitigated, but some customers may see slower speeds until the issue is resolved.
