PG&E is performing PSPS protocols to reduce wild fires. This is disrupting power in many areas. While most customer are themselves without power, it could also be effecting parts of our network that is not within any of the power outage zones. We have crews deployed to address some of those areas. Updates will be posted as we get them,

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving Wireless Pro customers in the Santa Cruz and Capitola areas on Tuesday 11/5/24 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process, and technicians will keep downtime minimal during this work.

We are currently experiencing a network issue in the Portola Valley area that may be resulting in slower than normal speeds for some customers. Engineers are currently investigating. Updates will be provided as we get them.
