Most services have been restored. However there are a few small locations that we are still working on restoring near the downtown area of Santa Cruz.

Engineers are en route to investigate cause of outage and make repairs. Updates will be provided as we get more information.

PG&E is performing PSPS protocols to reduce wild fires. This is disrupting power in many areas. While most customer are themselves without power, it could also be effecting parts of our network that is not within any of the power outage zones. We have crews deployed to address some of those areas. Updates will be posted as we get them,

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving Wireless Pro customers in the Santa Cruz and Capitola areas on Tuesday 11/5/24 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process, and technicians will keep downtime minimal during this work.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving some wireless customers in the Harbor Village, 3 Captains, and Clipper Ridge areas on Monday 11/4/2024 10:00PM-12:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. Technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible.

There is a service outage affecting customers on the Purisima Creek area. We are currently working on restoring the service.

Cruzio engineers will be conducing emergency maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro customers in the Westside & Downtown Santa Cruz areas on Thursday, 10/31/2024 between 11AM and 12PM. We expect a few brief interruptions during this process. We will keep interruptions as minimal as possible.

We are currently experiencing a network issue in the Portola Valley area that may be resulting in slower than normal speeds for some customers. Engineers are currently investigating. Updates will be provided as we get them.

We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. This is part of work we are doing to address a local interference issue early November. Technicians will keep downtime brief during this window.
