Cruzio engineers will be conducting service maintenance that will cause intermittent downtime for Wireless Pro customers located at the Buena Vista Migrant Center and Tierra Alta.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure that provides service for some Wireless Pro customers in the downtown area. Downtime will be sporadic but brief during this window.

Cruzio’s upstream email partner will be conducting maintenance that may cause a brief interruption in service between 7:00PM to 8:00PM tonight. Estimated total downtime during this window is one minute. Any emails sent or received during this downtime will be automatically queued for delivery after.

This maintenance is complete and all affected customers are back online.

Cruzio engineers are dispatching to resolve an issue affecting some Wireless Pro connections in the areas of the Buena Vista Migrant Center and Tierra Alta.

Cruzio engineers were able to perform this maintenance remotely with no downtime. This pending maintenance is canceled.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure that provides service for some customers on Weston Road and the surrounding area. Downtime will be sporadic through this window, but will be short overall.

A portion of our wireless pro customers in Westside, midtown and surrounding areas may be seeing service interruption. Cruzio engineers are in route to resolve the issue, we will be posting updates.
