Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure serving a section of Wireless Pro customers in downtown Santa Cruz on Thursday, 4/28/2022 between 10:00PM to 12:00AM. Downtime is possible in this maintenance window, but will be kept to a minimum.

Cruzio engineers replaced a faulty piece of equipment, restoring Wireless Pro service to affected customers as of 8:35pm this evening. We appreciate your patience.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a power issue affecting infrastructure serving some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of West Side, the Harbor, and Downtown Santa Cruz areas. Most of these customers only experienced a brief interruption, but Cruzio engineers are working to restore connectivity to the remaining affected customers.

Some customer devices may have taken a few minutes to re-establish customers, but all customers should now be back online.

Maintenance has been completed. Downtime started at 3:39pm and was approximately 30 seconds.

Cruzio engineers are doing emergency maintenance to El Palomar. Customers in that building should expect a quick downtime of less than 2 minutes. This status will be updated when work is complete.

PG&E has restored mains electricity to most sites, and the sites not yet restored have been equipped with backup power. Cruzio engineers will continue to monitor the situation.

Cruzio engineers are assessing a large power outage in Santa Cruz and surrounding areas of the County. Redundant power is in place on major nodes of our network, but due to the scale of this outage some customers have been impacted. We will update this message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance across our entire network over the course of these time windows. Expected downtime for customers should be brief as hardware reboots to apply necessary changes.
