10/17/2021 7:15pm – Power outage at Westside Santa Cruz
PG&E Is currently experiencing a major power outage on the Westside of Santa Cruz. This outage could possibly affect some customers outside of the power outage area. Due to the size of the outage we expect PG&E will respond very quickly.
10/13/2021 9AM – 6PM – Wireless Pro and Dedicated maintenance for areas of Scotts Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and East San Jose
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure equipment that powers some Wireless Pro and dedicated connections in the areas of Scotts Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and East San Jose on Wednesday, October 13th between 9AM to 6PM. There may be short periods of downtime throughout this maintenance window, but they will be kept brief.
10/12/2021 10PM – 2AM Wireless Pro maintenance affecting some customers Watsonville
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on hardware serving some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Downtime will be brief during this maintenance window. All other services are up and operational.
10/12/21 2PM-6PM – Wireless Pro maintenance affecting some Westside Santa Cruz customers
Cruzio Internet will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in the Westside Santa Cruz area. There may be a few instances of downtime during this maintenance, but they will overall be brief.

Our upstream partner is aware of an issue affecting some Cruzio email customers, and their engineers are working on the problem. This issue is only affecting connections through email programs, and affected customers can access their email at our webmail login at webmail.cruzio.com.
Update: Engineers have isolated and resolved the issue. All services should be up and operational.
