We are currently experiencing an outage that is effecting some wireless pro and dedicated customers in the west Watsonville area. Techs are currently working on resolving the issue and will provide updates as we get more information.

[Update] A piece of failed hardware was replaced and all services should be restored.

Cruzio Internet has decommissioned some of our legacy DNS servers associated with past products. If your DNS services are affected, please update your records to 63.249.92.48 and 216.173.128.13, or a third party DNS service. If you need assistance changing your DNS settings, please contact Cruzio support.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment to resolve an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz. There will be intermittent downtime for these customers during this maintenance.
