Cruzio engineers have implemented mitigation measures to help with connection stability for affected links in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, East Side Santa Cruz and 41st Avenue.
There will be a followup maintenance tonight starting at 10PM and ending at 2AM to definitively resolve the issue. There may be periods of downtime during this followup maintenance.
Cruzio engineers are working on an issue that’s affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, East Side Santa Cruz and 41st Avenue.
Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue and services are operating as normal.
Cruzio engineers have implemented a fix to stabilize the affected wireless links, but will be conducting a followup maintenance tonight to definitively fix the issue. The maintenance window will be between 10PM to 2AM, and intermittent downtime is possible during this window.
Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Live Oak and the surrounding area. There may be intermittent service interruptions during this maintenance.
PG&E has restored power to most affected areas of the county. Cruzio engineers are responding to a few areas that are still offline to deploy additional redundant power. These locations include the Tannery building as well as Piedmont court.
The City of Santa Cruz and some surrounding areas are currently affected by a wide-spread power outage. Backup power systems are actively powering infrastructure throughout the affected areas, and engineers are working to deploy additional backup power to additional sites. We will update this message as more information becomes available.
