We will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves a small segment of Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville starting at 10PM and ending at 12AM on May 4th. Downtime will be minimal through this window for affected customers.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure serving a section of Wireless Pro customers in downtown Santa Cruz on Thursday, 4/28/2022 between 10:00PM to 12:00AM. Downtime is possible in this maintenance window, but will be kept to a minimum.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a power issue affecting infrastructure serving some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of West Side, the Harbor, and Downtown Santa Cruz areas. Most of these customers only experienced a brief interruption, but Cruzio engineers are working to restore connectivity to the remaining affected customers.
