Due to a large-scale PG&E outage downtown, some Wireless Pro customers as well as customers located at 2030 North Pacific are offline. Cruzio engineers will implement backup power solutions at 2030 North Pacific if PG&E service is still off by the morning.

Due to a power failure, some customers in the downtown Santa Cruz area may be experiencing an internet outage. Crews are currently deploying generators to restore service until utility power has been restored. We will be providing updates as we have more information.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting service maintenance on infrastructure serving some Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley and areas of Weston Road on 1/19/2022 between 9:00AM to 6:00PM. No downtime is expected for these links, but some intermittent slowdowns may occur as affected customers may be switched to a backup path over our network during parts of this maintenance window.
