Cruzio engineers will be conducting service maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Buena Vista and Tierra Alta. Downtime will be intermittent throughout this window.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure that powers Wireless Pro services for some customers in the downtown area. Downtime will be minimal throughout this maintenance window.

Engineers have located and repaired a faulty circuit. All services should now be restored.

We are currently experiencing a wireless outage in the Watsonville area which may affect some of our Wireless Pro customers. Technicians are currently en route to make repairs.

Cruzio Internet will be conducting service maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro customers in the Weston Road area of northern Scotts Valley. Downtime will be intermittent throughout the 9AM-6PM window.

Cruzio engineers have evaluated the problem and resolved it. Service is fully restored.

We are currently experiencing an outage for certain Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Technicians are currently investigating, but but do not yet have an ETA.

Our host10 hardware server had a hardware failure at 11:15pm on Friday 8/6/21. Hardware was replaced and service was restored by Saturday 8/7/21 at 12:45am.
