AT&T reports that the issue affecting DSL circuits has been resolved, but Cruzio engineers are tracking a few DSL circuits that appear to still be affected and are investigating further. If you are a DSL customer that is still offline, please call Cruzio customer service.

AT&T is continuing to look into a problem affecting connectivity for some DSL circuits. AT&T does not yet have a revised estimated time of repair, but additional information will be posted on Monday for this issue. This issue is not affecting other services, including Velocity.

Power and services have been restored.

Power issues have resulted in loss of connectivity to some Wireless and Certified building customers in the Scotts Valley area. Engineers are currently looking into the issue and will be posting updates.

This issue has been resolved for most customers. If you are on DSL and still can’t surf, please try power cycling your modem and trying again. If you’re still offline, please call Cruzio customer service.

Some of our DSL customers are having issues connecting to the internet, and we are gathering information and working with AT&T to assess the issue. This issue is not affecting other services, including Velocity.

Tonight, beginning at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on
equipment serving a small portion of legacy DSL customers. The expected
downtime is less than 20 minutes.

Engineers are aware and investigating an issue with wireless service for Dedicated and Enterprise services in the Gilroy area.
