Cruzio engineers have determined that one of our main DNS servers is experiencing a denial of service attack. This may disrupt connectivity for some of our Dedicated, Wireless Pro, and Fiber customers. We will update this status message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a DNS issue affecting connectivity for some customers on our network. We will update this network status with more information as it becomes available.

As of around 6pm this evening 3/19/20, we began experiencing issues at one of our network sites. All wireless pro connections served from there are currently offline. Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. We will amend this status as we receive updates from our engineering team. The issue preventing the outgoing sending capability for Cruzio email services has been resolved. If you are still experiencing any issues with your email service, please contact Cruzio customer service for assistance.

Engineers are working on an upstream issue preventing the outgoing sending capability for Cruzio email customers. There is no ETA at this time, but engineers are aware of and actively working on the problem. This issue is not affecting customers with hosting email accounts.
