On Tuesday, May 31st beginning at 10:00PM and ending at 2:00AM, Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure serving fiber customers, including customers in multiple-dwelling-units served by Cruzio fiber. There will be downtime during this maintenance window.

Cruzio engineers have made repairs and restored all services that were down.

Cruzio Engineers are currently working on resolving an outage on the Westside that may effect Wireless and Dedicated customers around the Westside, East Cliff, and Downtown areas. Updates will be posted as more information comes in.

This maintenance is complete.

Cruzio engineers are responding to a network issue affecting tenants located at the Buena Vista and Tierra Alta migrant camps. There will be brief periods of downtime during this repair.

There will be electrical maintenance conducted at the Piedmont Court building between 5/16/2022 7:00AM to 5/17/2022 8:00PM. Cruzio engineers will be supplying backup power at the start of this maintenance which will cause a brief interruption during the cutover on Monday morning, and once more when the equipment is switched back to mains on Tuesday evening. This includes connections at the Piedmont Court building itself, as well as a handful of Wireless Pro connections downstream from the building. No further downtime is anticipated.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on infrastructure that serves a handful of Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Downtime is possible but will be kept brief.
