10/25/2020 10:00PM – PSPS PG&E event affecting Cruzio mountaintop sites

PG&E has announced that electrical service will be shut off for Cruzio Mountaintop sites starting today, 10/25 at 10PM for a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event.

Cruzio engineers have deployed redundant power systems at all PSPS impacted mountaintop locations. All redundant power systems are up and operating as expected.

As always, we will update this network status message with new information as we receive it.

10/17/2020 8:45AM – PG&E outage causing connectivity issues for the Enterprise Technology Center building and some surrounding Scotts Valley Wireless Pro customers

Cruzio engineers are investigating a connectivity stemming from a localized PG&E outage in Scotts Valley. This is affecting tenants at the Enterprise Technology Center, as well as Wireless Pro customers fed from that building in Scotts Valley. We will post updates as they become available.

10/15/2020 10:00AM – Maintenance for some Wireless Pro Customers in Beach Flats and Westside Santa Cruz [RESOLVED 12:30pm]

Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue disrupting connectivity for some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the Beach Flats and Westside Santa Cruz areas. We will update this post as more information becomes available.

Update: Engineers have isolated and repaired the issue. All services should be back up and operational.
