A faulty power supply was replaced and all services should now be restored.

We are experiencing a network outage in the Westside area that is effecting some customers. Engineers are currently investigating but will not have an ETA until they are out on site. Updates will be posted if the problem is not resolved first.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on CruzioWorks access points Tuesday night beginning at 10PM. Downtime is not expected, but will be brief if it occurs.

Our upstream provider was able to identify and resolve the issue causing the mail outage.

We are currently experiencing an outage with Cruzio mail and webmail. Engineers are working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. It’s too early for an ETA, but will provide more information as we get it should the issue not be resolved first.

Engineers will be conducting service maintenance on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the Santa Cruz Mountains and East San Jose areas. Downtime will be short, but sporadic throughout this window.

We are currently experiencing an outage with a backbone link feeding some customers in the Scotts Valley area. Technicians are currently investigating, but but do not yet have an ETA. More info will be provided as it comes in should the issue not be resolved before then.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment to resolve an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. There will be intermittent downtime for these customers during this maintenance.
