This issue is now resolved.

Some Cruzio email customers may experience delayed inbound email, as well as intermittent issues sending out emails. Our upstream email partner is investigating these issues, and we will post an update once additional information is available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance to repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Mid-town, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz. Downtime is possible throughout the maintenance window, but will only be a few minutes in total.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting preventative maintenance on network infrastructure that serves Tannery residents on 7/7 between 2PM-6PM. There will be intermittent downtime during this window.

Power has been restored to Cruzio networking equipment. Service should be working normally.

There is currently a PG&E outage in the Capitola Area that is impacting some customers. PG&E ETA is currently 11PM.

Cruzio engineers have completed their maintenance and all affected customers are back online.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment to resolve an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz. There will be intermittent downtime for these customers during this maintenance.

A piece of failed hardware was replaced and all services should be restored.

We are currently experiencing an outage in Capitola that is effecting some customers in that area. Technicians are currently heading to site to make repairs.
