10/1/2020 9:10AM – Emergency maintenance for some Watsonville Wireless Pro and dedicated customers
Cruzio engineers are investigating a problem affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Watsonville. Connectivity may be briefly impacted as equipment is restarted over the next few minutes.
10/1/2020 2PM – 6PM – Maintenance at the Tannery building
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves residential tenants at the Tannery. There may be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance window.
9/28/2020 1PM – 3PM Wireless Pro and Dedicated maintenance scheduled for Scotts Valley
Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Scotts Valley on Monday 9/28/2020, between 1PM to 3PM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.
9/28/2020 10:55AM – Connectivity issues for Cruzio email customers [RESOLVED]
Cruzio Email customers will be unable to send or receive email due to a problem upstream. Engineers are working on the issue. All email will be queued up for delivery once the problem is resolved. This issue is not affecting domain emails.
Update: Engineers have resolved the problem and all services should be up and operational.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a connectivity issue affecting tenants at the Enterprise Technology Center, as well as Wireless Pro customers fed from that building in Scotts Valley. We will post updates as they become available.
9/25/2020 11:59PM – Infrastructure maintenance for DSL and Velocity customers
Beginning at 11:59PM tonight our upstream partner will be conducting maintenance on copper infrastructure that provides service to some DSL and Velocity customers. Downtime is not expected, but will be brief if it occurs. This maintenance is scheduled to complete at 4AM, and will not affect other services.

Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue that is affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz.
