11/24/2020 6:00PM – DSL outage affecting some customers [UPDATE]
AT&T advises that they are continuing to look into a DSL service issue affecting a small number of circuits in our area. AT&T does not yet have a definitive estimated time of repair for this issue, but are working to restore connectivity to the remaining affected circuits.
11/24/2020 2:45PM – Email Delivery Delays [RESOLVED]
This issue is now resolved, and queued up inbound email is now being delivered to customer mailboxes.

Engineers are investigating a problem upstream with delayed inbound emails for Cruzio email customers. Some of these emails may temporarily generate bounce errors for the sender. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.
11/20/2020 10:30AM – DSL outage affecting some customers [UPDATE]
AT&T is continuing to work on restoring connectivity for the remaining affected DSL circuits. Most circuits are back online, but we are aware of some circuits that have not had connectivity restored. AT&T has missed their estimated time of repair for these circuits, and AT&T has advised Cruzio that while they are working to bring the remaining circuits online, that they do not yet have an estimated time of repair.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update this network status as more information becomes available.

11/19/2020 10pm – 12am Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on Wireless Pro equipment that serves a subsection of our customers in Downtown and Westside Santa Cruz. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance window.

AT&T is continuing to work on restoring connectivity for the remaining affected DSL circuits, with an estimated time of repair of end of day Thursday. These circuits are being brought back online in waves. Affected customers should power cycle their modems tonight. We will update this network status message as further information becomes available.
