We are currently experiencing a wireless outage in the Watsonville area which may affect some of our Wireless Pro customers. Technicians are currently en route to make repairs.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure that powers Wireless Pro services for some customers in West Side Santa Cruz as well as the downtown area. Downtime will be sporadic throughout this maintenance window.

Cruzio Internet will be conducting service maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro customers in the Weston Road area of northern Scotts Valley. Downtime will be intermittent throughout the 9AM-6PM window.

Cruzio engineers have evaluated the problem and resolved it. Service is fully restored.

We are currently experiencing an outage for certain Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Technicians are currently investigating, but but do not yet have an ETA.

Our host10 hardware server had a hardware failure at 11:15pm on Friday 8/6/21. Hardware was replaced and service was restored by Saturday 8/7/21 at 12:45am.

A faulty power supply was replaced and all services should now be restored.

We are experiencing a network outage in the Westside area that is effecting some customers. Engineers are currently investigating but will not have an ETA until they are out on site. Updates will be posted if the problem is not resolved first.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on CruzioWorks access points Tuesday night beginning at 10PM. Downtime is not expected, but will be brief if it occurs.

Our upstream provider was able to identify and resolve the issue causing the mail outage.
