…Web hosting server host5 (host5.cruzio.com) has been taken down briefly for some emergency repairs. This should only effect customers with web hosting services on host5. Any mail sent while the server is down will be queued up and delivered once services are restored….

…Web hosting server host4 (host4.cruzio.com) has been restarted for some emergency maintenance. This only effect customers with web hosting services on host5. The server will return to normal operation in a few minutes. Any mail sent while the server is down will be queued and delivered once the restart process is complete….

05/24/2018 9:30AM – [UPDATE] Host 7 Service Issue

…Web hosting server host7 has experienced a hardware failure. Engineers are currently working to rebuild the failed hardware, but do not have an ETC yet. Any mail sent during this time will be queued up and delivered once the server is back online. This should only be effecting customers who have web hosting services on Host7….

3/26/16 @ 12:20pm – Host4 Restarting [RESOLVED]

…We rebooted web hosting server host4.cruzio.com in order to fix a stuck process, and the server is now back online. This only affected customers with web hosting services on host 4. Any mail sent during this time was queued and delivered once services were restored. We apologize for any inconvenience….

11/24/2015 1:55am – Host6 down for emergency maintenance.

…Web hosting server host6.cruzio.com is experiencing a hardware issue. We are currently taking the server down to make repairs. Any mail sent during this down time will be queued up and delivered once the service is back up. No mail will be lost in the process. We will be updating the network status as we have more information or complete the work. This will only effect customer who have web hosting services on host6….
