…The networking equipment that provides customers in the Harvey West and lower Graham Hill road areas with Wireless and Certified access services has lost power due to a PG&E power outage. There will be customer impacting downtime during this event but we expect to restore service to these customers by 10AM Tuesday 11/19, or sooner depending on PG&E restoring power. This will not affect customers with DSL and Velocity access services….
