Cruzio engineers have identified a problem with a wireless access point that affected 23 customers in the mid-town (east Santa Cruz & Live Oak) area from 10:20-10:50AM. This only affected Business Broadband wireless Cruzio customers, and not Enterprise, Velocity, or DSL. …Starting a little before 2:30am this morning, Cruzio’s upstream connection for serving Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific Ave stopped working. This affects Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific in Downtown Santa Cruz only (not Velocity/DSL). Engineers are working to resolve the issue.
