AT&T’s estimated time of repair has been updated to the end of day 11/18/2020, although that may be subject to change. This issue is not affecting other services, including Velocity and Wireless Pro.

AT&T is continuing to work on restoring connectivity for the remaining affected DSL circuits, with an estimated time of repair of end of day Thursday. These circuits are being brought back online in waves. Affected customers should power cycle their modems tonight. We will update this network status message as further information becomes available.

Power issues have resulted in loss of connectivity to some Wireless and Certified building customers in the Scotts Valley area. Engineers are currently looking into the issue and will be posting updates.
