Cruzio engineers have found and resolved an issue causing slow speeds at the Nanda building.

Maintenance is now complete.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting urgent maintenance on internet equipment serving the Nanda building between 4pm-6pm today. Downtime during this window is expected to be 15 minutes.

PG&E is experiencing a large power outage on the Westside which is impacting services for some customers. Cruzio engineers are deploying generators to restore services in some areas until PG&E restores power.

This weather event has concluded, and all affected links are up and operational.

Some Cruzio email customers may notice delays on their outgoing email traffic. Our upstream partner is aware of the issue and working on a solution. This issue is not affecting customers that own their own domain.

High winds in the Santa Cruz county have been impacting Cruzio services in various areas. Some areas are being impacted by power outages, downed trees, damaged equipment, etc as a result of the high winds. Cruzio Engineers are currently working on and dispatching to make repairs as they come up throughout the day.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak area. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.

Some Wireless Pro customers in the city of Santa Cruz, including downtown, are experiencing a service interruption. Cruzio engineers are en route to assess and repair the issue. This is not affecting other services.
