Our host10 domain server is currently offline. Cruzio engineering is diagnosing the issue and will update this status with further information as it becomes available.
Cruzio engineering will be rebooting our custom domain servers tonight to apply updates. Server downtime will be minimal, and incoming mail will be queued for delivery once server reboots.
Engineers have isolated the problem and we are in direct contact with any customers still affected.
(Update) – Engineers are currently working on a problem causing slow speeds for some customers in Milpitas and Easy San Jose. There is no current ETA. We will update this network status as new information becomes available. No other services are affected.
Some Wireless Pro customers in the Milpitas and East San Jose may be experiencing connectivity issues due to an electrical issue in the area. Cruzio engineers are assessing the situation.
Engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving customers in Piedmont Court Wednesday, 5/5/21 from 9AM-6PM. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance. No other services will be affected by this work.
