Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure equipment that powers Wireless Pro connections for some customers in downtown Santa Cruz and the University Town Center building on Tuesday night starting at 10PM and finishing at 2AM. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance window, but overall downtime will be brief.
12/24/2020 1:29PM-2:45PM – PG&E Outage affecting primarily Downtown & Westside [RESOLVED]
As of 2:45PM, PG&E has cleared all status messages from their website save for those affecting isolated sites. Cruzio engineers have verified that all of our equipment has power and is back online.

PG&E is reporting a power outage affecting multiple sections of the City of Santa Cruz, including downtown & parts of the west side, starting at ~1:29 PM. This may result in connectivity issues for customers using Wireless Pro in the area. Cruzio engineers are monitoring the situation, and we will update this status message as more information becomes available.
12/23/2020 11:50PM – Mail Instability [RESOLVED]
At 11:50PM, Cruzio engineers became aware of an issue with our upstream mail provider causing sporadic disconnects and other stability issues. This affected all @cruzio.com email customers, regardless as to whether using webmail or an email client.
As of 12:55AM, we have received an all-clear from our provider.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in the southern area of downtown Santa Cruz as well as parts of Westside Santa Cruz. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief, but sporadic throughout this window. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.

Engineers have restored power, and replaced damaged equipment on the Westside so services should be back to normal.

11/30/2020 4:50PM – Incoming email bounce errors for some users [RESOLVED]
Engineers are aware of an issue that is causing some incoming emails for a subsection of Cruzio email customers to bounce. Engineers are rolling out a fix to mitigate the issue for affected mailboxes.
