Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue disrupting connectivity for some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the DeLaveaga, downtown Santa Cruz and 41st Ave areas. We will update this post as more information becomes available.
7/28/2020 6:45PM – Emergency maintenance for some DSL customers [RESOLVED]
This maintenance was completed earlier today, and all affected circuits should now be back online. If you are still having connectivity issues, please powercycle your modem, and contact Cruzio support if you’re still offline.

Some DSL customers are experiencing connectivity issues this morning, and Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on affected hardware to resolve the issue. Some additional DSL customers that are currently online will be temporarily offline as we conduct this maintenance, but downtime will be brief.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the Downtown Santa Cruz area on Tuesday 7/21/2020, between 10PM to 2AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.
7/20/20 11:00am – Maintenance at Piedmont Court [COMPLETED]
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance at Piedmont Court on July 20th 10am – 12pm. This maintenance window will last two hours and will involve limited downtime for tenants at Piedmont Court.
Update: Engineers have completed this work and all services should be up and operational.

Cruzio technicians are currently working on an issue with equipment at one of our mountaintop sites. This will affect business broadband and enterprise customers in South Bay area and Santa Cruz Mountains. We apologize for any downtime. We are currently working on the problem.
