Cruzio engineers are investigating a connectivity issue affecting tenants at the Enterprise Technology Center, as well as Wireless Pro customers fed from that building in Scotts Valley. We will post updates as they become available.
Beginning at 11:59PM tonight our upstream partner will be conducting maintenance on copper infrastructure that provides service to some DSL and Velocity customers. Downtime is not expected, but will be brief if it occurs. This maintenance is scheduled to complete at 4AM, and will not affect other services.

Cruzio engineers are aware of and monitoring a brief connectivity issue impacting Dedicated, Enterprise, and Wireless Pro customers in the Los Gatos and San Jose area served off Mt. Allison.
