Some Wireless Pro customers in the city of Santa Cruz, including downtown, are experiencing a service interruption. Cruzio engineers are en route to assess and repair the issue. This is not affecting other services.

This maintenance is now complete, and all affected customers are back online.

Cruzio engineers are conducting urgent maintenance on infrastructure equipment that may disrupt connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in the West Side of Santa Cruz. The maintenance will last approximately one hour.

Cruzio engineers have identified an issue that is causing connectivity issues for some customers at the Tannery Residences. Cruzio will be dispatching technicians to address the issue tomorrow morning 1/12/21. We appreciate your patience.

Main power is not yet restored to the infrastructure equipment serving some Live Oak Wireless Pro customers. Cruzio engineers will continue to monitor the situation and maintain the backup power unit until main power is restored to the site.
