Cruzio engineers are looking into an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in the Westside area of Santa Cruz. There will be a few instances of downtime ranging between 1 to 3 minutes. No other services will be affected by this maintenance.

5/21/20 9:30AM – Velocity maintenance for Santa Cruz scheduled for 11:59PM tonight
There will be a maintenance window affecting some Velocity circuits in Santa Cruz beginning 5/21 at 11:59PM. This maintenance window will span 3 hours, but the actual downtime will be approximately 30 minutes. Other services are not affected by this maintenance.
