7/18/19 10:00am – Webmail issues

We are aware of an upstream issue affecting webmail access for Cruzio customers. Webmail may be slow to load (or fail to load) until the issue is resolved. There is no ETA at this time, but engineers are working on the problem. If you are having trouble accessing the webmail, please use an email client in the meantime. If you need assistance setting up an email client, please contact Cruzio support. Thank you for your patience.

7/9/2019 9:15am – Wireless Pro Maintenance for Live Oak Distribution Point

Engineers are cutting our equipment back over to a primary power source after the power outage that occurred late last night/early this morning. Affected customers will have no connectivity for about 5 minutes while the cut-over takes place. This only affects some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak area. This status will be updated once the maintenance is complete. We appreciate your patience.
