Cruzio Internet is aware of a phishing email that began circulating to our customers early Sunday. The email has a subject line of “Important Notice”, states that the customer is past-due on their bill, and provides a fraudulent link to sign in with their login credentials. This email is not from Cruzio Internet and can be deleted. If you have entered your information into their form, please visit our password reset page at https://tools.cruzio.com/forgot/, or contact Cruzio customer service for assistance at 831-459-6301.

We will be performing some emergency network maintenance for customers in the Downtown Santa Cruz area at midnight on Wednesday 3/20.  We expect customers to be down for less than a minute.

PG&E has restored power to our gear in Westside Santa Cruz.

A few customers in the Westside area of Santa Cruz are currently down due to a power outage affecting the networking equipment upstream from their radios.  We are currently running new batteries to the site.

Our engineers have finished their emergency maintenance and wireless services in the Weston area have been restored. Thank you for your patience.

Cruzio Technicians are aware of a Wireless Pro outage affecting some customers.

We are working on a fix for the issue. We will post updates as they develop.

This only affects customers with Wireless Pro that are in the Weston area; Velocity, Dsl, and Dialup services are not affected.

This maintenance was completed as of 12:05AM.

This network outage has been resolved.  Customer wireless access services have been restored.
