Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue that is affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz.

Cruzio engineers have resolved a connectivity issue that was affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz. If you are still experiencing any connectivity issues, please contact customer service.
Cruzio engineers are aware of and monitoring a brief connectivity issue impacting Dedicated, Enterprise, and Wireless Pro customers in the Los Gatos and San Jose area served off Mt. Allison.
Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Watsonville on Tuesday 9/15/2020, between 10PM to 2AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.
Update: Engineers have completed this work and all services should be up and operational.
Tonight, 9/15/20 starting at 11:59PM and ending at 4:00AM, our upstream partner for copper services will be conducting maintenance on their infrastructure. This maintenance will temporarily impact connectivity for all DSL customers and the expected downtime during the window is approximately 30 minutes.
Please note that this maintenance will not affect Velocity customers.
Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Watsonville on Tuesday 9/15/2020, between 10PM to 2AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.
Beginning at 11:59PM tonight our upstream partner will be conducting maintenance on copper infrastructure that provides service to some DSL customers. Downtime will be approximately 15 minutes for these customers. This maintenance will not affect other services, including Velocity.
