9/23/20 2:30PM – Wireless Pro connectivity issues for some Wireless Pro, Dedicated, Enterprise customers in Mid-Town, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz

Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue that is affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz.

We do not have an ETA for repair at this time but we will update this post as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers have resolved a connectivity issue that was affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz. If you are still experiencing any connectivity issues, please contact customer service.

9/10/2020 11AM–3PM – Wireless Pro and Dedicated maintenance scheduled for Mt. Allison, Los Gatos and San Jose [COMPLETE]

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Point to Point and Dedicated Wireless customers in Mt. Allison, Los Gatos and San Jose on Thursday 9/10/20, between 11AM to 3PM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.

Update: Engineers have completed this work and all services should be up and operational.

9/9/2020 2PM – 4PM – Wireless Pro and Certified maintenance scheduled for 402 Ingalls Street [COMPLETE]

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Point to Point and Certified Wireless customers at 402 Ingalls Street on Wednesday 9/9/2020, between 2PM to 4PM. There will be a brief interruption of service during this maintenance window.

Update: Engineers have completed this work and all services should be up and operational.
