Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on our Fiber network in Downtown Santa Cruz on Tuesday 9/1/2020, between 5AM to 7AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.
Update: Engineers have completed this work and all services should be up and operational.

This issue is now resolved. Mail was queued and will be delivered to affected mailboxes.
8/27/2020 11:50PM – Connectivity issues for Cruzio email customers
Cruzio Email customers will be unable to send or receive email due to a problem upstream. Engineers are working on the issue. All email will be queued up for delivery once the problem is resolved. This issue is not affecting domain emails.
8/27/2020 23:59PM – 8/28/2020 4:00AM – Network maintenance for Velocity and DSL customers
Our upstream partner for copper services, including Velocity and DSL, will be conducting maintenance on their infrastructure. Downtime is not expected, but slowdowns and routing delays may intermittently occur during this maintenance window.
8/25/2020 10PM – 12AM – Maintenance for Cruzio email mailboxes
Engineers will be performing maintenance on hardware that servers Cruzio email customers on 8/25/2020 between 10PM and 12AM. There will be brief disconnects and reconnects while this work is being performed. The ability to send and receive mail will not be impacted.
8/16/2020 3pm – Large area power outage [RESOLVED]
All services have been restored in all locations now. PG&E has reported that more blackouts could occur until Wednesday. Crews are on standby in case.
8/15/2020 9:30pm – Large area power outage [UPDATE]
All issues are resolved except for some customers on the west side of Santa Cruz and some customers in Scotts Valley that remain off-line due to a hardware failure. Cruzio engineers are aware of the issue and are working with building owners to gain access to resolve the issues.
