Engineers are investigating an issue affecting connectivity for some DSL customers. Other services, including Velocity, are not affected by this issue.

There may be a period of downtime for some customers due to building maintenance affecting power at one of our distribution sites. Engineers are working to keep downtime to a minimum while this work is being performed. 

We will update this network status once that work is complete and all services have been restored.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Westside Santa Cruz on Tuesday 7/14/2020, between 10PM to 2AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Westside Santa Cruz on Tuesday 7/14/2020, between 10PM to 2AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.

Engineers will be performing maintenance on hardware that servers Cruzio email customers on 7/8/2020 between 9PM and 3AM. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance, but all email will be saved and queued for later delivery.

Engineers will be performing maintenance on hardware that servers Cruzio email customers on 7/8/2020 between 9PM and 3AM. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance, but all email will be saved and queued for later delivery.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in the downtown Santa Cruz area on 7/7 between 10PM to 2AM. There will be a few pockets of downtime throughout this maintenance window. This maintenance will not affect other services.

Engineers will be performing a second round of maintenance that may temporarily interrupt email access for some customers during this window. Total downtime will range between 1 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the user’s mailbox.

Engineers will be performing maintenance on servers that provide Cruzio email between 3pm 7/2/2020 to 4am 7/3/2020.  Some customers will briefly be unable to access email boxes during this maintenance window.

There will be a maintenance window of three hours beginning 6/30/2020 at 11:59PM affecting Velocity customers in Scotts Valley. Actual downtime will be approximately 30 minutes throughout this window. No other services will be affected by this maintenance.
