Cruzio engineers have completed their work and Wireless customers in Eastside Santa Cruz should now be back online.

Some customers in the Eastside Santa Cruz area with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service will see a brief downtime as we cycle battery backup equipment at our main service distribution site.

Cruzio engineers have completed their work and Wireless customers in Beach Flats and Westside Santa Cruz should now be back online.

Some customers in the Beach Flats and Westside Santa Cruz area with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service will see a brief downtime as we cycle battery backup equipment at our main service distribution site.

Cruzio Engineers have restored service to the remaining customers on the Westside.

Power will be restored to equipment in Capitola as soon as access is available.

We are still working to restore service to a segment of customers on the Westside.

Cruzio Engineers are enroute to restore power to equipment in Capitola.

All power to our infrastructure has been restored. Cruzio Engineers are working to restore the final segment of customers on the Westside of Santa Cruz.

Cruzio Engineers are aware of a power outage on 41st ave in Capitola and are monitoring.

Due to severe weather, our network may be impacted.  We will be responding to impacted parts of our network accordingly.
