The issue that was causing delayed inbound email delivery for our customers has been 95% mitigated. There will be a brief maintenance window tonight which will restore full service to the remaining 5% of affected customers, but we don’t anticipate any downtime due to this maintenance. This issue is not affecting hosting email accounts.

We are aware of an upstream issue affecting outgoing email delivery for Cruzio customers. There is no ETA at this time, but engineers are working on the problem. This issue is not affecting customers with Website Hosting email. We will update this status message when have further information. Thank you for your patience.

This outage affecting customers in the Beach Flats and West Cliff areas of Santa Cruz has been resolved.

Customers with Wireless Pro, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service in the Beach Flats and West Cliff areas of Santa Cruz are currently experiencing a service outage.  We have techs en route to diagnose.

We have completed our upgrades and closed the maintenance window for Dedicated and Enterprise customers in the Aptos and Gilroy areas.

We will be performing maintenance on Dedicated and Enterprise access connections from 3:00PM to 4:00PM today, Thursday, August 1st 2019.

We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 10 minutes.

Our engineers have finished their repairs and Wireless Pro services in the Watsonville area have been restored. Thank you for your patience.

Cruzio engineers have arrived at the Watsonville Airport to investigate and repair an issue on-site. We will update this post as more information becomes available.

Cruzio Technicians are aware of a Wireless Pro outage affecting some customers.

This only affects customers with Wireless Pro that are in the Watsonville area; Velocity,  DSL, and Dialup services are not affected.
