Cruzio engineers are aware of an intermittent issue that is causing packet loss for a small subset of Wireless Pro customers fed from downtown Santa Cruz.
Further investigation will require potentially disruptive maintenance, and will be carried out on Monday to allow for rapid response to any unforeseen issues.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting maintenance window to resolve issues with the networking equipment that serves some customers in the Gilroy, Aptos, and Watsonville areas.
This is scheduled for Thursday, January 30th, 2020 at 1:05 PM and will last until 1:59 PM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 3 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.
This will affect customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.
