5/4/2020 1:00PM – Maintenance window scheduled for Velocity customers in Scotts Valley for 5/4/2020 @ 11:59PM
Our upstream DSL vendor will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves Velocity customers in Scotts Valley. The maintenance window will last two hours beginning at 11:59pm tonight, but expected downtime will be 30 minutes. No other services will be affected by this maintenance.

Faulty equipment was replaced and all services are now restored.

Some Cruzio wireless customers in the downtown area may be experiencing an outage due to an equipment failure. Techs are in route to replace that equipment and restore services to those customers. We will update network status as soon as we get new information.
4/30/2020 12:15PM – Maintenance window scheduled for Wireless and Dedicated customers off Weston Road on 4/30/2020 between 2PM and 4PM [UPDATE]
The maintenance window for the equipment that serves Wireless Pro customers in the Weston area has been moved to 2PM-4PM today. Downtime during this window is expected to remain minimal.
4/30/20 10:00AM – Wireless Pro maintenance window for customers in Downtown and Ocean Street
Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting maintenance window to the networking equipment that serves customers around Downtown and Ocean Street in Santa Cruz county.
This is for Wednesday, April 30th, 2020 at 10:00 AM and will last until 12:00 AM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than a few minutes during the length of this maintenance window.
This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting maintenance window to the networking equipment that serves customers in the Watsonville area of Santa Cruz county.
This is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th, 2020 at 10:00 PM and will last until Wednesday, April 29th at 2:00 AM. Customer downtime is expected to be no more than 1-2 minutes during the length of this maintenance window.
This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, and Dedicated Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves the Weston Road area with Wireless Pro and Dedicated service. The maintenance window will be from 9AM and 11AM on Thursday, April 30th, but the downtime itself will be brief.
