Cruzio’s upstream providers have scheduled a maintenance window for Tuesday, February 12th, 2019 at 11:59PM to upgrade networking equipment that serves our Legacy DSL customers. This will not affect Fiber, Velocity, or Wireless Pro services. We don’t expect any downtime during this maintenance window.
2/9/2018 2.30pm – Network Outage Scotts Valley [RESOLVED]
Engineers dispatched out to the location and were were able to locate a piece of equipment that had failed.
The equipment has now been replaced and all services in Scotts Valley are now restored.

Around 3 am, there was a PGE power event that took a few or our Wireless customers offline. It seems the power has been restored, but our equipment is still without power.
We are working on a fix for the issue. We will post updates as they develop.
This only effects Wireless Pro services in Scotts Valley.
2/07/2019 2:00pm – Loma Prieta outage [RESOLVED]
Technicians arrived onsite and found the root issue. This is now resolved.
This only impacted a small amount of customers but, if you are still experiencing issues, please give our support team a call.

Our Loma Prieta mountain site is currently having sporadic outages. We have crews rolling up to investigate further. This will only effect a few of our enterprise customers.
2/4/2019 11:15pm – Santa Cruz Fiber System Maint [COMPLETE]
All work on the Santa Cruz Fiber has been completed. Downtime should have been no more than 10 seconds. If anyone should be experiencing any problems please call customer service at 831-459-6301.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window for Monday, February 4th, 2019 at 11:00pm to upgrade networking equipment that serves our Fiber customers in the Downtown Santa Cruz area. This will not affect Velocity, DSL, or Wireless Pro services. We expect periodical, minimal service interruption of a few seconds to a minute within the maintenance window.

Last night at 3:16am, and at 3:37am, Cruzio experienced two unanticipated network events. These resulted in significant but temporary loss of connectivity for Cruzio customers. Cruzio engineers are working to determine the cause and to prevent future recurrences. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Cruzio Technicians are aware of a Wireless Pro outage affecting some customers in the Santa Cruz area.
Due to a power outage in the Santa Cruz area, PG&E has been made aware of the power outage and we will post updates as they develop.
This only affects customers with Wireless Pro; Velocity, DSL, and Dialup services are not affected.
