Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the San Jose, Portola Valley, Milpitas, and Mount Allison areas.
This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.
This is scheduled for Thursday, January 9th 2020 at 12:15PM to 2:00PM.
We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 1 minute.
Our upstream provider will be performing network maintenance tonight, January 8th, 2020 starting at 11:59pm within a 4 hour window. This should not cause any service downtime but some customers may experience brief periods of routing instability. This will affect Velocity and DSL services but Fiber, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise access services will be unaffected.
