All Cruzio’s main wireless distribution sites are currently powered. Cruzio Certified buildings affected by the power event will remain without internet until power is restored.
Mains power has been restored to the equipment that serves Live Oak, and power has also been restored to the equipment that serves the Weston West area.
Cruzio engineers are monitoring our infrastructure and will continue to mitigate against downtime with backup power solutions, but some downtime is possible during extended power outages.
PG&E service has not yet been restored to this area. Cruzio engineers have deployed a generator to power this equipment.

Due to the PG&E related power outage, the networking equipment that serves customers with Wireless and Certified Broadband access in the Harvey West area of Santa Cruz is currently offline. A generator will be deployed on Monday morning to restore customer service.
Due to the PG&E related power outage, the networking equipment that serves customers with Wireless Broadband access in the Weston Road area of Scotts Valley is currently offline. The generator that powers this equipment is expected to be restarted on Monday morning.
Due to the PG&E related power shut off, customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated and Enterprise access service in the Live Oak area will experience sporadic downtime throughout this evening as batteries / UPSes are swapped to keep the networking equipment live.
Technicians are en route to restore services and replace equipment that have just lost power feeding the Live Oak area.
Cruzio techs have completed the word and all effected customer should now be back online.
