Cruzio engineers are investigating a service outage affecting some Wireless Pro and Dedicated Wireless customers in the Scotts Valley area due to a large power outage. While we currently have no resolution ETA, we will update this network status message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio’s upstream email partner will be performing preventative maintenance on server hardware tonight between 10PM and 12:00AM. There will be periods of downtime during this window. All email will be queued for later delivery during these periods.

Email customers will be unable to send or receive email due to a problem upstream. Engineers are working on the issue. All email will be queued up for delivery once the problem is resolved. This issue is not affecting hosted email mailboxes.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves a handful of Wireless Pro customers in Live Oak and the midtown area of Santa Cruz. This maintenance window will last from 10pm through 12pm tonight, but actual downtime will be a few minutes throughout this window.

Connectivity was restored once PG&E service resumed in the affected areas.

Our upstream email partner reported and resolved a momentary issue with the ability to sign in via webmail and email programs. This only affected non-hosted email mailboxes. All email was queued up for delivery and will begin distributing to mailboxes now.
