Cruzio technicians need to briefly power down the equipment that was involved in this morning’s outage. Downtime should be under 5 minutes. This will only affect some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak/East Side areas. This status will be updated once the maintenance is complete. We appreciate your patience.

We have resolved the issue affecting Wireless Pro customers in the Chaminade and Live Oak area. All Wireless-Pro customer services have been restored. We appreciate your patience while we mitigated the issue.
This issue only affected customers on our Wireless Network. Velocity, DSL, and dialup were not affected.

Cruzio Internet’s wireless network is experiencing a Wireless Pro outage, this is affecting Wireless Pro customers on Cruzio’s wireless network. The affected locations are portions of the Chaminade and Live Oak area. Engineers are out in the field working to resolve the issue and we should be able to provide updates shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
07-27-2017 4:50pm – Host6 Rebooting
Web hosting server host6.cruzio.com is being rebooted to fix a stuck process. It should be back up within a few minutes. This should only effect web hosting customers with services on host6 and any mail sent during the reboot will be queued up and delivered once the server is back online.

06-20-2017 12:05pm – Host1 Rebooting
Web hosting server host1.cruzio.com is being rebooted to fix a stuck process. This should only effect customers with web hosting on server host1.cruzio.com. Any mail sent during this time will be queued up and delivered once the server is restored.
[RESOLVED] 6-14-2017 4am – Fiber Outage
Our upstream provider was doing emergency maintenance which was not intended to interrupt service. They have managed to finish repairs and restore services.
06-14-2017 1am – Fiber Outage
Cruzio engineers are currently looking into an issue with our primary fiber connection for customers with Enterprise and Business Broadband services in the Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, and Watsonville areas.
We have escalated to our upstream provider, who are working on a fix for the issue.
This will affect customers with Colocation, Enterprise, Business Broadband, Dedicated Business Broadband and Cruzioworks services. Velocity, DSL, and dial-up customers are not affected.
