Starting at around 1:45am this morning 10/1/17, some of our Wireless Pro customers in the Midtown Santa Cruz and Live Oak areas began experiencing connectivity issues. Cruzio technicians arrived onsite at 2030 North Pacific this morning, and restored internet connectivity to our Wireless Pro customers around 9:25am. We thank you for you for patience.

Starting a little before 2:30am this morning, Cruzio’s upstream connection for serving Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific Ave stopped working. This affects Wireless Pro customers at 2030 North Pacific in Downtown Santa Cruz only (not Velocity/DSL). Engineers are working to resolve the issue. Technicians were dispatched to one of our Wireless Pro distribution sites, and connectivity for affected customers was restored around 2am this morning 8/14/17. We appreciate your patience.

Starting around 1am tonight 8/14/17, some customers in the Westside and Downtown Santa Cruz areas began experiencing loss of internet connectivity. Network engineers are working on the issue This only effects Wireless Pro customers (not DSL/Velocity). Thank you for your patience.

Network engineers identified the issue, and resolved it around 11pm this evening. Wireless Pro customers in the Midtown/Eastside areas that were affected should all be back online. We appreciate your patience.

Starting around 9:55pm this evening, some of our Wireless Pro customers in the Midtown Santa Cruz and Eastside/Capitola areas began experiencing intermittent connectivity. This affects only Wireless Pro customers (not DSL/Velocity). Our network engineers are currently working on the issue. We appreciate your patience.

Power has been restored to our wireless equipment, and all customers are back online now.

One of Cruzio’s wireless points of presence that customers with Wireless Pro and Dedicated access connectivity in the Westside and the West Cliff areas of Santa Cruz has lost power due to unscheduled building maintenance.

We currently have a Field Operations crew en-route with a portable generator and we expect customers to be reconnected to our equipment shortly.
